Classes offered

I offer group training sessions that include strength, cardio, circuits, tabata and boxing.

Evening classes:


Sunday (circuit) 6-7 and Boxing 7-8
Tuesday (jump roping and tabata)  J. Rope 6:00 and Tabata 6:30
Thursday (MRT metabolic resistance training) 6:30 

Morning classes:


Monday (circuit) 6-7am
Wednesday (tabata) 6-7am
Friday (MRT) 6-7am

You will receive 1 hour training sessions 3x's a week, which also includes:

  • Weigh-ins
  • Body measurements
  • Lean body weight
  • Fat %
  • BMI

Body Blitz

M-TH 12:15-12:45

Full body workouts, that include tabata,  circuit training,  boxing,  jump rope, and just a great mix of everything we do.  It's one of my favorites! 

These classes will challenge you, motivate you and make you feel better about yourself as you start to become more conditioned, stronger and lose that additional weight you've been carrying around.  My classes welcome any fitness level and body type.  You will never be bored with this 'team' environment and will be excited to come back for more!
